Valeria Aloe is an award-winning author, speaker, and founder of the Rising Together Movement, as well as Board member of LUPE Fund and Vice President of Latina Surge, non-profits that advocate for Latina equal pay, access to education, and civic engagement.
Rising Together is an unstoppable global movement that is transforming mindsets and supporting Latinas and other women of color, who are the first in their families to attend college and access professional spaces, to thrive in their careers and lives. It brings together a community of Latinas, other women of color, and allies around the world who believe that only by setting ourselves free from our ancestral and cultural mindsets of inadequacy, lack, unworthiness, and silence, combined with assertive action in our lives and careers, we will close the leadership and wealth gaps.
Rising Together was created to support your unlearning of these cultural limiting mindsets, through immersive conferences, small group series, a supportive virtual community, and more. These ideas are developed in Valeria’s recent award-winning book, Uncolonized Latinas: Transforming Our Mindsets and Rising Together.
Valeria was born and raised in Argentina. A first generation to college, she immigrated to the US to attend the Tuck School of Business in 2002. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Catolica Argentina, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Master in Spiritual Sciences. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Spiritual Sciences. Before launching her business, Valeria worked +20 years in business development, marketing, and finance in leading companies across 7 countries, including Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Reckitt Benckiser, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and TIAA.
Her work to empower and elevate the Hispanic community has earned her several awards, including “Top 50 Women in Business in New Jersey in 2020”, “5th most influential Hispanic in New Jersey in 2021” and “Truth and Integrity of the Written Word, by Golden Door Global Awards in 2022.”
