Wen Chen

Dr. Wen Chen is an activist for Chinese culture and human rights.  She was born in China during the Great Cultural Revolution and eventually won a national prize at a science competition when she was 16. She came to the U.S. for graduate school and received a doctorate degree in Biology at California Institute of Technology in 2000. Dr. Chen currently works as a staff scientist for the Institute. Because of her personal experience of being brainwashed in China, she decided to be a voice for the voiceless. Since 2012, she has given more than 200 presentations to community organizations about Chinese culture, history, and human rights.  I saw her presentation on forced organ harvesting in China, which was an eye-opening experience.  Dr. Chen recommends the organization Stop Organ Harvesting, which is our spotlighted charity for this month.

If you would like to schedule a presentation for your organization, you can contact Dr. Wen Chen: Email: wchen2005@gmail.com Phone: 626-389-7522
